courses are usually specifically tailored to the needs of your

of trainers. Whilst we specialise in courses for commerce and
industry we have a wealth of experience in running courses for
Youth Groups and private individuals who wish to develop their

INITIAL
SALES SKILLS
A series of 2
to 5 day courses designed to give instruction, to new salespeople,
in basic selling skills and techniques. Audio and video role-play sessions facilitate learning
and the practical use of skills. Course certificates are awarded
to those who reach the required standards.
TELEPHONE
SKILLS
A
series of 1 day modules designed to help anyone to obtain a better
understanding of using the telephone to its best advantage.
NEGOTIATION
A
2/3 day course aimed at providing more experienced salespeople
with a clearer understanding of buyersmotives and the science
of people behaviour.
It outlines the
WIN/WIN concept of professional salesmanship to enhance customer
care and quality objectives.
Discover the art
of influencing in a creative and enjoyable style.
ADVANCED
SALES TECHNIQUES
This
1 or 2 day course, aimed at first line management and sales personnel
involved in long term negotiations, introduces a detailed prospect
analysis system and illustrates how it helps to evaluate potential
business.
